1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CFO-Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
CFO-Bot is a SaaS application that connects to your QuickBooks Online account and provides an AI-powered chat interface for managing invoices, estimates, accounts receivable, and related financial workflows.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
CFO-Bot is offered on a subscription basis. A 14-day free trial is available upon registration. After the trial period, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CFO-Bot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any financial actions you direct the service to take (such as creating or sending invoices) are accurate and authorized.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of CFO-Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your QuickBooks data only to provide the service you have requested.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CFO-Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. You should verify any financial information before taking action. CFO-Bot is not a licensed financial advisor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFO-Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
